Evidence of entitlement to discounts and/or lower rates for large families must be furnished at the museum, applicable to admittance ticket only (not applicable to tours).
Your ticket is only valid for the date and time booked. Be punctual, or otherwise you will forfeit your right to enter the museum.
The maximum number of entrance tickets that may be purchased online is 9. For larger purchases please contact us: + 34 943008840 and you will get a discount.
Museum has not parking space for visitors.
Guided Tours
Guided tours of the museum collection by our expert staff are only available in Spanish or Basque and can only be booked online.
They are scheduled at times and with a frequency that depends on each season, and usually take approximately 60 minutes.
The tour carries a surcharge of 3.5 euros on the price of admittance (VAT included).
If you are interested in this option, first of all book the tour at an available date and time, and then add your ticket to the shopping cart. There is also the possibility of booking a private tour in English. It cannot be booked online and it is subjected to availability, with a different fare.
